Todays article is regarding smoothies. The smoothies which I’m gonna share with you all are very easy to make, super healthy, and keep you energised for a long time. There is one smoothie which I’m still having right now as I’m typing, and I’m writing with my heart.

  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced

  • 1 cup coconut water

Instructions:

Toss spinach, cucumber, green apple, avocado, and chia seeds into the blender.
