Todays article is regarding smoothies. The smoothies which I’m gonna share with you all are very easy to make, super healthy, and keep you energised for a long time. There is one smoothie which I’m still having right now as I’m typing, and I’m writing with my heart.

Ingredients
1)cup of mixed berries, including raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries
2)One peeled and sliced banana
3) half a cup of yoghurt
4) One tablespoon of honey
5) half a cup of almond milk
6) Cubes of ice

a. Fill the blender with the berries, banana, Greek yoghurt, and honey.
b. For a cool, refreshing treat, add ice cubes and almond milk.
c. Blend until smooth, then savour this delicious, antioxidant-rich treat!
2)Green power smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1 green apple, cored and chopped
- 1/2 avocado, pitted
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut water
Instructions:
Toss spinach, cucumber, green apple, avocado, and chia seeds into the blender.
b. Pour in coconut water for hydration and blend until velvety green.
c. Sip on this nutrient-packed smoothie that’s as delicious as it is healthy.
3) Tropical paradise bliss
Ingredients:
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup mango slices
- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
