This year is been a rollercoaster 🎢 ride for many of us. So it’s better to to forget everything that happened in the past, and welcome the newyear with the hope that everything’s gonna ok around the world, and the coming year is gonna be better then the previous one .
Since new years counting will start in approximately 6 hours here in Lahore pakistan,what better way to greet the new year than with a delicious meal as we say goodbye to the old and welcome the new?

So today I’m gonna be making Manchurian, with a slight twist. It’s GOBI MANCHURIAN.
Gobi is cauliflower in Urdu language
Let’s start with the ingredient list
Ingredients
1 cauliflower
1 or 2 capsicum
1 carrot
1 small onion
Garlic finely chopped
Peas
1 small potato cut
Chilli garlic ketchup
Corn flour
Salt
Black pepper
1cup chicken stock
Method
Put potato, carrot, and cauliflower into boiling water to soften them up a little
Once they have soften up. Put them in the slurry I made with 1 cup of cornflour and 1 cup of all purpose flour. Coat the veggies into the slurry
Then fry till golden brown
Once fried make sauce..
For sauce, take half a cup of chilli garlic ketchup, 3 tablespoon of chilli sauce, pinch of salt, black pepper. Add a little water and mix to make a sauce.
In a sauce pan, add oil, add chopped garlic, diced onions, diced 1 green capsicum, mix till brown ,add the red sauce that we made.
Cook till 5 min.
Add one glass of water or chicken stock. Cook further for 10min on medium heat.
Make a corn flour slurry and slowly add it into the gravy, till it becomes viscous.
Add the fried cauliflower, and mix into the gravy..
Serve with zeera rice.Enjoy until next time.
