Welcome friends, to another episode of Cook Along With Ayesha, this episode is dedicated to a friend of mine, who enjoys my dessert creations. She is a coffee lover, and last year I made her a coffee cake on her birthday which was loved by everyone. I will share the recipe soon, InshaAllah.
Coffee mousse, Satisfy your sweet cravings.
This dessert is for coffee lovers who also enjoy desserts because it combines the rich, bold flavour of coffee with the light elegance of mousse. It’s a delicious combination of flavours and textures that will satisfy your sweet tooth and give you that perfect caffeine boost.
So let’s get on with the ingredients first
Ingredients
Coffee mousse is sophisticated treat that elevates the flavour of coffee to a whole new level is coffee mousse. It turns coffee’s strong, complex flavours into a fluffy, airy texture that melts in your tongue. The secret is in the meticulous blending of ingredients, which results in a beautiful fusion of coffee’s unique bitterness and sweetness
1) Coffee
2) sugar
3) cocoa powder or dark chocolate if you have
4) whipping cream
5) vanilla essence
6) condensed milk
Method
1) in a cup add 2 tsp off coffee powder, 2 tap of powder sugar, 2 tsp of cocoa powder., add 2 tsp of warm water or milk and beat it till it forms thick creamy , whipped brown mixture.
2) in a bowl add whipping cream, whip till stiff peaks forms.
3) add condensed milk , adjust sweetness according to your taste.
4) add few drops of vanilla extract. Mix gently
5) add the coffee mixture into the whipped cream mixture, gently mix in a folding motion.
6) pour the mousse into the dessert glasses, keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Conclusion
And your coffee mousse is ready, serve chilled to your guest and they will love it, top it off with chocolate shavings and coffee beans. I garnished with as shown in the picture with dusting of cocoa powder.
