Welcome friends, today we are trying something new trend, it’s actually pretty old but new for me. So today we are mastering the art of making a perfect dalgona coffee, which after I made it, I served to my parents and they liked it so sharing my experience with you all.
With the chic and alluring Dalgona Coffee, we’re exploring the world of coffee magic today. Today we will walk you through every step as we reveal the techniques used to create this aesthetically pleasing, delectable, and highly caffeinated treat.
And not only dalgona coffee, I also made another dessert similar to it, which I loved very much and kids too, those who don’t like drinking milk like me.
I whipped up another treat and named it Rose dalgona.
So first make dalgona coffee. Let’s whip up the ingredients list below.
Ingredients for Dalgona Coffee
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- Ice cubes
- Milk of your choice (dairy or non-dairy)
Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients
Make sure you have all of your ingredients ready before we get started whipping. Make your favourite milk to balance the strong flavours of the whipped coffee, whether it’s a plant-based substitute or rich dairy milk
Step 2: Whipping Up the Magic
Add the sugar, hot water, and instant coffee to a bowl. Let the beatings start now! use an electric whisk or a hand mixer. Beat the mixture until stiff peaks form, using a vigorous whisk. This is the magical moment, when the coffee turns into a smooth, fluffy topping
Step 3: Preparing Your Base
Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour in your preferred milk. Leave some space at the top for the pièce de résistance – the whipped coffee cloud.
Step 4: Assembling the Dalgona Coffee
And now for the big reveal! Carefully drizzle the whipped coffee onto the milk to produce a layered, enticing appearance. Watch as a visually stunning masterpiece is created as the rich coffee cloud floats on top.
Sip it away
Now grab a straw, give a little stir and sip it away..
2) Rose syrup dalgona.
That’s also pretty easy, let’s cut the chase and get on with the ingredients
Ingredients
- Rose syrup ( I used Roh e afza)
- Whipping cream
- Rose syrup
- Condensed milk
- Ice cubes
- Vanilla ice cream
- Milk of your choice
Method
1)Whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form
2) add condensed milk according to your taste, 2 tablespoons of rose syrup, mix every thing until the cream mixture is a beautiful pink colour.
3) in a glass, add ice cubes, 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream, milk until 2/3rd class fills,
4) fill the last 1/3rd of the glass with the whipped cream mixture.
