Ingredients
- Potatoes
- Cheese (your favorite melting variety)
- Bread crumbs
- Cornflour
- Salt and pepper
- Chopped herbs (optional)
- Oil for frying
Method
1) Preparing the potatoes
Start by peeing the potatoes, cutting them in cubes, and boiling then, till it becomes soft and Mashable., put the boiled potatoes in cold water, till their temperature returns to normal. Mash the potatoes. Add salt, pepper, red chilli powder, any herbs of your choice for extra burst of flavour.
2) Add the magic of cheese
Grate your favourite cheese, I did mozzarella, and fold it into mashed potatoes or you can take a small block of mozzarella cheese and surround it with the mashed potatoes mixture.
3) Coating the Balls
Coat the balls with corn flour, dip in egg, then coat in bread crumbs.
4) Deep fry
Deep fry until it’s turns brown and crispy.
Serve them with your favourite dip.
