Welcome readers. Todays episode title is “ Sweet Symphony an enchanting experience”. Because as seen by the title, todays episode is all about Sweetness.

Today we are diving into the realm of deserts, with a mouthwatering recipe of strawberry parfait. I made this recipe for the first time last year in Ramadan, and everyone loved it. So now I’m delighted to be sharing it with you guys.

There are many benefits of this desserts, but the most important one, is it so simply so easy to make. If your guest are arriving, and you have to make a quick easy dish for them, this one is for you. Its a treat for your eyes aswell as your taste buds.

So grab your apron, gather the ingredients , and let’s embark on this sweet culinary adventure together.

Ingredients

2 cups of fresh sliced strawberries

1/4 cup of castor sugar

1tablespoon lemon juice.

For whipped cream topping

Whipped cream

Half cup condensed milk

Vanilla extract

For parfait layers

Sliced strawberries for garnish

Crushed biscuits of your choice.

Method

1) In a blender add strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice, blend it to make a purée.

2) In a mixing bowl, add heavy cream. I used Whippy whip, if this is not available, you can use any of your choice.

3) Whip it until stiff peaks form.

4) add condensed milk, 2 drops of vanilla essence.

5) add strawberry purée.

6) mix everything together.

7) for parfait layers, crush biscuits I used marielight.

Assemble and serve

Start with the first layer of crushed biscuits, add a layer of sliced strawberries, add the strawberry whipped cream over it.

Repeat the process again.

Garnish with leftover strawberries and crushed biscuits .

Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
