We are exploring the delicious world of vegetable soup in this first meeting; it’s a recipe that will keep you warm and cosy during this cold weather. This enhances flavour while also supporting a balanced and healthful diet.
So gather everything you need, put on your aprons, and let’s go on this culinary journey together. First of all let’s look at the ingredients.
Ingredients
1 and half chicken cube stock.
1 carrot sliced
1 cup shredded cabbage
1cup frozen peas
salt and pepper to taste
2 tap hot sauce
2 tsp lemon juice
Method
In a container pour 5 glass of water, put the container on stove on a medium heat. Put one and half chicken cube in it, to make a broth. Once the broth start to boil add all the veggies. Stir and cook until the vegetables begin to soften.
add salt and black pepper according to your taste. Season with thyme, oregano, zeera. Add 1 tablespoons of soya sauce, vinegar, hot sauce.
Make a slurry of 2 tablespoons of cornflour with water, gradually add the slurry into the soup to make it more viscous.
Serve and enjoy
